Women’s Support ServicesVocational Services The Center For Women In Transition provides vocational services for women who are entering or re-entering the workplace. Displaced Homemaker Program provides assistance to women who are seeking employment due to a death of a spouse or divorce. services include: aptitude testing, information on job training, school and college programs, interview skills, and resume writing. Case management and supportive services are also available. Wardrobe for Work provides quality used clothing appropriate for job interviews and employment. Clothing is available at no charge to women referred by agencies throughout the community. Women’s Supportive Services provides phone information and referral and support groups for women facing a variety of life’s transitions. Often women utilize these services while going through a divorce, while making the decision about returning to work, or a similar life change.
