Executive Director

Charisse Mitchell became executive director of CWIT in June of 2008. She is welcomed back to Michigan from Washington, DC where she had an extensive career in public service organizations. Her last position was with the American Public Human Services Association. She received her bachelor of arts in political science and master of public administration degrees from George Washington University.

Charisse and her husband were born in Battle Creek and they have a young son. She states, “Coming home to Michigan and being a part of the future of CWIT is a wonderful opportunity. Directora Ejecutiva

Charisse Mitchell se convirtió en la directora ejecutiva de CWIT en junio de 2008. Se le da la bienvenida de nuevo a Michigan de Washington, DC, donde tuvo una larga trayectoria en organizaciones de servicios públicos. Su último cargo fue con la American Public Human Services Association. Recibió su licenciatura en ciencias políticas y maestría en administración pública de la Universidad George Washington.

Charisse y su esposo nacieron en Battle Creek y tienen un hijo. Ella dice: "El regresar de vuelta a casa a Michigan y ser parte del futuro de CWIT es una oportunidad maravillosa.
